These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile and web application Dark & Builder (the "App") provided by DevX ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Dark & Builder is a fan-made utility that allows users to create, manage, and share builds for the game Dark and Darker. This app is unofficial and not affiliated with or endorsed by IRONMACE. The Services are intended for informational and entertainment purposes only.
All original content including source code, databases, functionality, software, website design, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the "Content") is the property of DevX. This also includes all trademarks, service marks, and logos used in the App (the "Marks"). Game-related assets, names, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of IRONMACE. The Content and Marks are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you regarding the Services, Content, and Marks. You may not reproduce, distribute, exploit, or monetize any part of the App without our prior written consent.
Users may register to access certain features. You are responsible for the security of your credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, cheating, or any violation of these Terms.
The App offers optional purchases and a recurring premium subscription. • All purchases are processed through the relevant app store or Stripe and are non-refundable. • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled manually from your app store account. • Prices may vary by region and include applicable taxes.
You retain ownership of your builds, comments, and content submitted to the App. However, by posting publicly, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and promote your content within the App and related platforms. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or our community standards.
You agree not to: • Use the App in an unlawful or harmful way; • Share inappropriate, offensive, or discriminatory content; • Reverse-engineer, exploit, or duplicate the App; • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools; • Disrupt or interfere with other users or services.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Your use is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
