Squires rogue: beef, deception, and mobility
Vigor so that when you play dead early it has convincingness, due to already taking a few hits (which, given the rouge’s typical weakness, won’t make it feel off that you “died”).
Play dead for potential otherwise-impossible survival and stealth for potential engagement dodges
smoke cloud for door entry vs ranged, fight resetting/extension, and escape (good with play dead too)
Lots of magic resist and the skele skin to get some beef to let you survive vs mages; if you can survive one extra spell, then it’s extra convincing against people that expect you to die one cast earlier because you’re a rogue. Also, with the Kris dagger weapon, all pieces are usable by warlock, so technically it’s even more deceptive that way too lol (since you’re not obviously a rogue lol)
Creep: you can replace this, but I like it cuz it lets you sneak in better when you come up from death in a teamfight and unexpectedly backstab someone that moved to an ally of yours. Also, it gives you more fight approach angles without worrying about mobs, and increases the likelihood of you managing to snatch a portal if you happen to be the only one alive in inferno lol.
Pickpocket: no potions on the toolbar, makes people less likely to loot you (you can’t be looted while playing dead, so if people try it gives you away) cuz it looks like you were looted already (cuz no potions). Also, if you can’t get in good hits in a fight on someone running away, you can pop a cheeky pickpocket mid fight in plain view hahaha. Then either move to someone else or try to cut off the person you’re chasing via double jump+wall climb routing. Additionally, it keeps you completely stealthed in the darkness, which (given your slim vertical silhouette) means you’re functionally invisible unless you’re torched/lanterned, even in a narrow strip of it.
Edit 1: swapped will for vigor; 8 extra health (7% more), and ~2.5% more phys+mag resist; more likely to survive a bit longer for the play dead play
