just use ignite to buff urself and teammates
use haste + invisibility to ambush and chase
also u can use teleport to breakthrough frontline and kill support or u can change teleport to fireball to play more safe and son t let enemy push u

this bild with -10%ho still have 140-150 hp
u can also use non-craft gear and usual staff
also staff mastery work with quarterstaff but it will have only ~10 magic dmg on headshot and don t scale other buffs like ignite and infusion
but u can still try it if u like this weapon better if use troll bane
also u can try to use Tri-plet chest
if u want to use rondel, u should use mana sphere for +1 true mag dmg
